Quentin Kopp, the founder of AQKCM, started the consultancy with an excellent track record as Managing Director and HR Director of manufacturing businesses. He has particular strengths in culture change programmes designed to help companies achieve their strategic goals.

In addition he has worked around the world helping companies improve business performance through building the people management and team leadership skills of their managers. This experience is valued by Warwick University, where he is tutor of the Leadership Module for the Manufacturing Masters programme.
