John Henderson

Chris Hutt

An experienced counsellor and trainer focusing on the successful assessment, recruitment and personal development of senior managers, leading to improved business performance and customer satisfaction. Specific expertise in organisational restructuring, customer satisfaction and team building, supported by broadly based business expertise at senior operational and corporate level. A successful interim manager of a number of small businesses achieving Investors in People Accreditation and ISO9000 quality recognition in a period where improved business performance was essential.

Phil Edwards

Philip spent many years in senior management positions, working across Europe, in Finance, IT and HR in multi-nationals (Ford Motor Company and Rank Xerox) before leaving to set up and run his own small businesses supplying records management and IT solutions to small and large organisations.

In the mid 90's he became an advisor to small businesses, first with Business Link and later as a self employed consultant.

Whilst at Business Link he ran the Sales, Marketing and Service Development activity for a major BL outlet in London and later took charge of a major relocation exercise - moving 400 employees from a dozen locations across London to six new offices in new locations. His responsibilities included locating new premises, negotiating leases, designing office layouts, organising building work and ìsellingî the moves to affected staff.

Philip is currently involved in advising small businesses in improving their service to customers and he also works as an assessor in senior staff selection exercises for clients in both the private and public sector.
