Design and Delivery of Major Change Projects
- The organisation and design to create a single multi-product business supplying a design to delivery service of clothing for High Street retailers from 10 product centres. Some of these were previously freestanding businesses, and some were manufacturing units removed from a parent company. A coherent "one stop shop" was created which made it easier for customers to trade.
HR Projects
- Following the purchase of the business by a global blue chip company, working with the HR Director and senior colleagues to develop the performance culture of the parent company. A key element of this was starting to change the employee relations environment through the drafting and introduction of new working agreements
- The analysis of the operational problems affecting the efficiency of the Litigation team of a Legal Practice and working with the Leader to develop the Leaderís skills with very positive results.
Time Compression Projects
- The Lead time from concept to manufacture was reduced from an industry standard 20-26 weeks to 6 weeks. The manufacturing lead time was similarly reduced from 6 weeks to an average of less than a week, with many products being completely manufactured in a 24 hour period.
